The Tier 3 data center, where Setcor provides services, is located in Jastrebarsko and guarantees an exceptional availability of 99.982%, meaning it is down for a maximum of just 1.6 hours per year. On the other hand, in the Tier 4 center located in Zagreb, we offer an even higher level of reliability, with an impressive availability of 99.995%. This allows for a maximum of only 26.3 minutes of downtime annually. This difference in availability ensures minimal disruption in the event of any unforeseen incidents, providing customers with unparalleled security and business continuity. Our centers are completely "carrier neutral," allowing customers to choose from various telecommunications providers, ensuring flexibility and independence from any single service provider.
